Communication with the person to get in. Had not seen the email and it did not give a lock box code even when the email was opened. They were quite rude and obviously we interupped a dinner or drinking session. Email set up was not clear and late

It was very difficult to confirm the reservation as I kept receiving some else's booking with incorrect dates, rates, and personal details. The apartment was not as clean as expected. Previous occupants laundry still there, and the dryer and washing machine had not been emptied, sand covered the floor in most areas.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the host's from Bnbbookings Craig & Holly in Noosa. As we had decided to stay at the last minute in Noosa instead of continuing our trip to Alexandra Head I tried to book on Airbnb and asked a question of the host and did not get a response. I'm also a host on Airbnb and Bookings.com with properties my wife and I have listed. My wife had coincidentally found the same property on Bookings.com We booked and paid on my AMEX and then went to the property, we found that there was no one to meet us so my wife called and was spoken to in an abrupt manner by both Craig & Holly that we had to pay a $1000 bond and until that was paid no access would be given even though my AMEX had already been debited for $2445 for 5 day stay. We reluctantly paid as it getting late in the day. Furthermore, Holly said to my wife "What do you expect when you book so late" I thought that's what bookings.com catered for. When we finally got access we had to clean the property to our standards it was to say the least was grubby and unsanitary especially considering Covid the enclosed photos of the fridge, floor and cutlery draws speak for themselves. Otherwise we had nice stay in Noosa.

Great space. Generous lounge and kitchen. Good shower. And nice views.

Sadly, not a great first impression. As you walk in you get hit by the musty smell and the place looks tired, and the beds a hard and uncomfortable. Based on other trips to the area this accommodation is overpriced for the condition of the property.

The Location was great, close to Little Cove and only a short walk away from hastings Street.

A few things let this property down. Cleanliness was not up to standard. We opened the toilet lid to find someone had had explosive diarrhea previously and it had not been properly cleaned. The mirrors had fingermarks on them, particularly in the second bedroom and the fridge was not cleaned out, with stickiness in the drinks section. The chairs on the balcony also need a good clean. We were disappointed there were not teabags and only one coffee pod. Our apartment was changed to accommodate another night, but we felt the one advertised looked better than the one we had. However the biggest issue was the kitchen. The cooktop had no exhaust fan, and the resultant fumes from cooking went right through the apartment. We also tried using the toaster but this set off the fire alarm. The frying pan had its non stick delaminating, surely a health hazard. We are Air BnB Superhosts and overall we did not feel this property was value for money. We paid $958.00 and thought this was for 3 nights (our mistake) but it was only for two.
