The house awaits its guests in a wonderful location. Use it as a spacious base for a wonderful break with activities in the surrounding area, where you can look forward to fantastic nature experiences all year round. Make yourself at home in the cosy rooms after your excursions, enjoy the fantastic view, which is shown to its best advantage thanks to the panoramic windows, and make plans for the coming days while relaxing by the wood-burning stove.
Step out onto the terrace, breathe in the fresh air and let your gaze wander over the surrounding area. Here you can enjoy the sun and organise fun barbecue afternoons.
The location of the house is ideal for discovering something new every day. There are good hiking trails near the house where you can explore the surrounding nature with its rich flora and fauna. You can also set off by bike or mountain bike. With the Gaula, you have an excellent river for fishing nearby. A few metres down the road you will find a footpath with direct access to the mountain with many hiking trails to the east towards Sweden. Visit Ålen Ski Centre, a great and versatile alpine resort with well-groomed slopes, separate children's slope, forest slopes, freestyle park and restaurant.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 200.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
