It is located in a quiet area of the arts precinct and is only a short stroll to the city, river, restaurants, sports arenas and gardens. It comes with two free car parks, wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining area and cable television. A tram stop to the city or bay is less than 200 metres away on St Kilda Road.
The Space:
The apartment comprises of a large lounge with comfortable leather sofas, dining area, four bedrooms and a balcony that overlooks gardens and has views of the city.
The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and there is a shared bathroom between these the second and third bedrooms. T
All bedrooms can be made as either a king bed or the bed can be split into 2 king single beds.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas rings and an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a large powder room with separate toilet which leads to the laundry which has a washing machine and dryer for your use. There are hairdryers in the bathrooms.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared with hotel quality linen and towels for guests.
Guest Access:
You will have the apartment to yourself as well as the use of two undercover car parks. Please note vehicles over 1.9m high will not be able to park in the garage due to height restrictions. You also have access to the pool area.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 'arts precinct' and just a short walk from the Yarra River, vibrant Southgate and the city centre.
There is a well-stocked small grocery store (IGA), a large discount chemist and bike hire stand on your doorstep. The Royal Botanical Gardens and Shrine of Remembrance are just up the road.
There is a tram stop at the end of the street and many of Melbourne's highlights are within an easy stroll, or short tram ride including a vast array of shops, restaurants, bars, laneways, theatres and museums, the Victorian Arts Centre, National Gallery, Crown Casino and Entertainment complex, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, MCG, the Royal Botanical Gardens, Etihad Stadium, famous Queen Victoria Market and the fantastic South Melbourne Market.
Getting Around:
There is a tram stop on St Kilda Road which is less than 200 metres away. Alternatively it's only a short walk to the city and main railway station (Flinders Street) and the Tourist Information Centre in Federation Square. There is a also bike hire very close by.

Th standard check in time is 3pm and check is 10am or earlier.
The maximum number of guests that can stay in the apartment is 8 including children. We are flexible on check in times within reason but ALWAYS CHECK FIRST . If the apartment is vacant and ready to go you can come in earlier than the standard check in time of 3pm. If we have guests leaving the apartment on the day you arrive you can generally drop you bags from 1030am however the apartment may still need to be cleaned which we do without guests there. Please check with us the day before arrival for an update
