Four of the six bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, offering personal comfort and convenience for guests.

Also located on the third floor is the cinema room, furnished with cozy seating, where you can enjoy a relaxing night with snacks and drinks.

Outdoors, unwind by the serene pool or enjoy the elegant dining area, ideal for alfresco meals and social gatherings. The villa also boasts a spacious garage for secure parking and storage. Linen and towels, as well as a small bottle of shampoo, body gel, toothpaste and toothbrush are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Additionally, there is a routine cleaning of the pool every Tuesdays to maintain cleanliness.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Smoking is not allowed indoors, only allowed outdoors such as at the balcony or patio
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- Nothing illegal
- No moving/ Rearranging of the furniture
- No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc
- Do NOT throw anything into the toilet bowl as it may get choked
