The off road parking and priory location gives it a real exclusive feel. Just a stones throw from Birkdale train station and bus stops it allows you the freedom to travel out of the area or enjoy the local delights.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedrooms is extremely spacious with ample hanging space and storage with well fitted out en-suite.
The second bedroom again has ample space and storage.
There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath for the convenience of all guests.
The large kitchen space is well equip with everything you need for your stay. From cutlery, crockery and utensils to coffee machine, washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher and a large dining table for all guests to sit around. Every detail has been considered. It is a real home from home feel.
The lounge is next to the kitchen and has bifold doors to enable you to use the kitchen and lounge as one living space or to separate them to create a cozy feel. The luxurious furniture and media wall create the perfect space for entertaining or a restful evening in. With large patio windows looking over the Priory gives it an air of light and luxury.
