Just a short stroll from popular restaurants and the beach, it’s an ideal spot for a holiday or a quick getaway. Plus, you’ll be conveniently close to the seaside resort of Littlehampton.
Step into this welcoming property through the front door into the sitting room with two comfortable sofas and a large smart TV (please use your own logins for streaming). This main living area seamlessly flows into the adjacent kitchen, a well-appointed space designed to cater to all your culinary needs. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything required to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.
Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area, which comfortably accommodates six people. This space is ideal for sharing meals with friends and family, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a festive dinner. There is an additional sitting area with a second smart TV for added convenience and comfort.
Downstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and generous storage, offering a perfect escape after a busy day. The upstairs bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a shower and a toilet, adding to the comfort and functionality of the home.
Upstairs is a bedroom furnished with a double bed and equipped with ample storage space. The second upstairs bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and rest. Adjacent is a bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and a toilet, providing easy access for guests and added convenience.
Step outside to the lovely rear garden, where you can unwind in the fresh air. The garden features a charming patio area equipped with outdoor furniture, creating the perfect setting for enjoying sunny afternoons or evening gatherings. Convenient parking for three cars is available at the front of the property. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a convenience store is just a 10-minute walk away.

There is private parking for three cars at the front of the property. The area itself is perfect for walking around, but there is a bus stop just outside the Elmer Sands Estate which goes to Bognor Regis and onwards to Chichester. The nearest train stations are Littlehampton, Ford and Bognor Regis.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture or into the ground floor bedroom.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
