Guest will park outside the building and check in with security.
Then they will go up to the unit and collect keys from the lockbox. Go back down and use the remote to open the garage and park inside at the designated parking bay. Go up to the unit and check in.

The unit is self catering and we do not do daily cleans. The cleaning fee is for when the guest vacates making it guest ready for the next check in. Housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
