We love staying here at Indian Rocks Beach! We have stayed at this property the past three years and absolutely love it! We love all of the accommodations and the easy beach access. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for a better vacation:)

This is a great place to stay! Perfect location on the beach, and pool only shared with other units was the kids favorite! Unit is very well decorated, and updated and very comfortable! All communication was prompt and accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

You can’t beat the location of this property. Directly on the beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We definitely needing more cooking utensils and I wish there had been a better vacuum to use. We found a wet/dry vac in the closet but it didn’t do that great with picking up the sand we tracked in. Overall those were minor inconveniences and we will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here with our five kids (aged 15 to 2 years) and it was absolutely perfect. The pool area with the picnic table, refrigerator, and bathroom was so convenient. We ate several meals out there. We spent a lot of time watching the ocean from the balcony, too. You can tell the various condo owners really care about the place. They really thought of everything to make the experience of staying here pleasant. The king bed has a very comfortable mattress, which these tired parents really appreciated! Living room sofa also very comfy.
We come to Indian Rocks every year and we always enjoy the ocean, wildlife and restaurants. Can’t wait until next time!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful location. The condo was perfect for our group of 7 (four adults and three young children) - the balcony view is breathtaking, the pool was clean and nicely heated, the shaded rec area under the building was perfect for a break from the sun, and the beachfront access made it easy to transition from one activity to another. The condo was clean and well appointed, and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back!

This is the perfect location to come with a family. The city is not super busy and being right on the beach is fantastic. Our only drawback to the stay was that there was not a lot of cooking utensils or pots/ pans, so we had to eat out more than we expected. Other than that, we had everything that we needed. The owner is great about communication.

Traveled with my son and his family to this lovely home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We greatly appreciated all the beach toys and heated swimming pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Saw dolphins, osprey and pelicans. Kids enjoyed picking up lots of shells and building on the beach.

The most amazing unit and condo! Everything you could need is included in this rental. Such a low key, nice way to have a vacation and not have to worry about the little things because they are provided for you. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool and beach toys. The outdoor games, pool table, fridge and TV make it so easy to relax by the pool and the extremely close proximity to the ocean makes hanging out on the beach just as easy!
The unit is beautifully updated and clean with all the amenities. This has been one of the best locations we have stayed in and I highly recommend it!

Great property. The unit was outfitted very well and fit our needs perfectly. The shared downstairs pool table, lounge area and pool were a big hit. We stay in IRB every summer and this home is now at the top of the list for our future vacations to the beach.
One of the other condo owners stopped by mid-week to perform a little maintenance/cleanup on the grounds and were super nice and had great things to say about our unit's owners as well as the other owners.

Overall, we had the perfect week at this property. The private pool was wonderful for our small kids, and never crowded from patrons of 3 other units. Being so close to the water was also great, so easy to go back and forth from pool deck to beach. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were nice. Location is perfect! Close to grocery store and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our nightly walks to the kooky coconut for ice cream too!
The only complaint would be the lack of a vacuum. Being there a full week, we wanted to try to keep sand on the floors to a minimum but could only find a mop/vacuum device that didn't work very well.

Overall we had a great time and the unit was just as we remembered it from a stay here last year. We had an issue with the plumbing and emailed the owner through VRBO but found that calling would have been more effective. Once we contacted the owner directly the issue was resolved quickly. Would stay again!

The beach, the pool and the downstairs area were our favorite things about this condo. It was the perfect spot to just chill and relax! The condo was nice- we had 6 people and were comfortable. I loved that they left some condiments and things that we could use and we didn't have to buy things like ketchup...etc. My only drawback is that there weren't a lot of dishes/ baking sheets/ utensils and we tried to do a lot of our own cooking, but most people on vacation go out all the time, so this is probably fine for most. Thank you for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location with heated pool at great temperature! Condo is mostly updated and Neville. Sofa is comfortable. Well stocked. Beach is fabulous! Hot tub was not working but luckily the pool was well heated. Outdoor kitchen grill and frig by the pool was nice as well.
