it was a great room, very clean, with good provisions, the location was fantastic, the team was responsive.

the key box code provided in emails and all the correspondence we'd had didn't work. we had to call the emergency number, she suggested we needed to watch the video - which i had already. She finally decided to call the manager and then called us back to tell us that code had been changed. we were standing outside the apartment for ten minutes not sure if we'd be able to get in at all. luckily it all worked out but it was not ideal.

Great location for us, very close to underground stations and lots of choice for eating out. Close to Lidl and Tesco Express. Very clean and heating/underfloor heating all worked fine. Staff at the end of emails were really helpful. Very clear instructions.

The room is very much smaller than appears in the photographs and the 'sitting area' is two plastic chairs and a very small table tucked under the TV, which seemed to have a problem with it's speakers because it sounded very tinny. The bathroom whilst nicely fitted out and clean was tiny. We were on the top floor and I noticed there was zero obvious fire safety in place. I didn't see a fire extinguisher in the room or on any landings which is a bit of a concern when there is one entrance. The worst was the bed - you can feel every spring in the thin poor quality mattress - like sleeping on an eggbox my husband called it - it made for very uncomfortable sleeping - one of the priorities I would have thought for accommodation would have been to invest in good quality mattresses. This has not happened and has meant we wouldn't book any Concept Apartments again.

Posizione eccezionale, letto molto comodo e camera silenziosa. Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana e tantissime soluzioni per la colazione e cena a pochi metri di distanza. Bagno piccolo, ma ordinato pulito e con una doccia di ampie dimensioni. Ho gradito il riscaldamento a pavimento. Consigliato

Apartamento com tudo necessário para estadia, panelas, xicaras, fogão, geladeira. Etc...

O chuveiro simplesmente nao funcionou nenhum dia, no frio de 4°C tivemos que tomar banho gelado. Contactamos a proprietária que nos disse que o problema seria resolvido durante o dia, e de noite quando fomos tomar banho nao havia água quente ainda. Pagar cerca de 90 euros para nao ter nem um banho quente. Isso foi decepcionante.

Luminosità dell'appartamento, spazio della camera. Estrema pulizia e disponibilità di una vera e propria cucina, E' presente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno nella capitale londinese. Posizione spettacolare a 50 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana Warren Street.

Avrei gradito trovare una semplice bottiglia d'acqua. Problemi di regolazione della temperatura della doccia, risolti tempestivamente ( ancora prima della mia segnalazione , immagino quindi segnalati dall'inquilino precedente. ). Le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento specialmente con valige e borse e' problematico per le persone molto alte... in vari punti sono stato oobbligato a piegarmi. Sicuramente non accessibile a persone con mobilita' ridotta.

Great location and in general nice and clean. But I lacked communication with the service and I couldn't get the room changed because the emergency line didn't respond to this kind of requests.

The room was facing a nosy street.

I wouldn’t call it an apartment as there were no separate living/ sleeping/ cooking spaces but it was nice.
