L'hôtel est très bien placé à quelques rues de la place/parc principal(e), ce qui lui permet également d'être un peu éloigné de l'agitation du centre (surtout le soir/nuit). Il possède une très jolie cour intérieure avec beaucoup de charme. Petit-déjeuner bon mais sans plus. Le personnel qui nous a accueillis est très aimable.

L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. Notre chambre était située à côté de la cuisine où sont servis les petits déjeuners, nous avons donc été réveillés avant 7h. Nous avons trouvé quelques poils et quelques cheveux dans les draps, mais sinon la chambre était très propre et soignée. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour prendre notre douche mais le village avait été touché par un tempête la veille donc il se peut que ça soit lié aux intempéries.

The woman that worked there was super nice and the owner was very responsive and helpful. There were some issues with our payment and he resolved it right away. The house is a cool old colonial building with high ceilings and a nice deck overlooking the street. Also having laundry service was very helpful.

Things did get a little loud from the street on Saturday night, although it was very quiet the other two nights we stayed. Nothing earplugs can’t help.

The hotel is great, cozy, comfortable with great and friendly staff (Irene) and a tasty breakfast with every morning . The terrace makes it the perfect place to stay. We were not confined to our room, the terrace has chairs, tables and a hammock with the view of the mountains. It makes you forget you are in the middle of town. We’ll go back for sure!

The hotel building is beautiful in a typical Colombian building. The breakfast was good and the lady preparing breakfast was very nice

The room is opened so there were lots of insects coming inside. It was not super clean especially the bed. Unfortunately when we were there there wasn’t the staff full day, only a guardian so it was a bit complicated with check in and check out.

It looked like someone had a shower in my room and nobody cleaned it before I checked in. bathroom floors and toilet were splashed with water and toilet and sheets has stains that I could wash off with water so not sure what happened but I don’t think the room was properly cleaned when I checked in which made my overall stay feeling a hit disappointed

Great hotel in the heart of the town. Nice and welcoming staff, offered a laundry service ready on the same day. Beds were very comfy, nice patio to sit down when sunny. Perfect for our family of 4.

This is a beautiful, charming hotel! We were very happy with the spacious room and the cute enclosed garden area to sit outside. It is very close to the main plaza, so it made it easy to get around.

The only downside is that due to its close proximity to everything and being on a main road, it was a bit loud at night. Bring your earplugs!

how they reformed the house and attention of the staff

the decoration of the whole house is within the old days of Colombia, keeping the original parts of the house. The staff is amazing

There is no clarity on the tax charges and there are difficulties in paying with a debit card if I would need

Really liked the nice garden with hammocks to relax. the homemade breakfast was really good, the coffee incredible. Staff were really nice and helpful.

There were some lints on the bedsheet.

Staff was super supportive. Ask for local recommendations as well as contacts for tours and they will support you as much as they can.

Room was very humid.

The location is great just a couple blocks from the square and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The layout of the property is unique as so many are in this town and it's place I would recommend. We read how fabulous the breakfast was but honesty it was just ok. It would have been a nice to have some fresh local fruit and a variety of pastries to choice from too.

I mentioned it above, also being next to the road be prepared to hear street noise, motorcycles loud trucks etc.

very noisy and not very well kept, the kitchen it’s falling apart, the dining is missing windows and the water heater is very noisy as well. Missing a manager on site. the staff is nice but they just do basic staff, it’s a little abandoned by the owners.

Staff was friendly and provided us with a great suggestion for a coffee plantation visit. Internet worked well. The included breakfast was generous. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel is very centrally located.

We didn't have hot water for more than 24 hours. When it returned, after quite a few discussions with staff, it was mostly tepid water. This was surprising, as we had chosen the priciest room of the hotel. Heads up: the curtains do not block out light.
