It had everything you needed, was like home from home, bed was a tiny bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great couldn't fault it

great little flat, just what we needed as a base for our weekend and a brilliant location. Everything we needed was there.

A new mattress is really, really needed! You can feel every spring and it freaks every time you move. Would also suggest more pillows for bed and more towels for guests

Absolutely loved staying here! Super cosy and comfortable with a nice homely vibe that you wouldn't get from the average hotel. Nice and warm even when it was -3 outside. Plenty of cosy blankets and nice touches around the flat. '

Blinds were broken and impossible to close, we had to hang blankets at the window for privacy from the main road and still didn’t feel very comfortable. Mattress could be a lot better.

Great location. Very good value for unpretentious, basic accommodation in a vibrant area of Manchester. Short walk to a great selection of restaurants, bars, etc. Good off street parking for one car, although reversing in through the narrow gateway was a bit trick in a wide vehicle. Good comms from the hosts on arrival logistics etc, and clear provision of a contact number in the event of any difficulties, which we did not have reason to use.

External step the to door was at a wonky angle and needs fixing. The carpet looked a little dirty in a few places, although, overall, all flooring and surfaces were clean and well presented. The flat uses extension leads, permanently attached to the wall, to provide additional sockets, rather than proper in-wall rewiring. One would need to be careful to attach a maximum of 13 Amps load to the four-gang socket. As others have commented, the two large windows facing the street have venetian blinds. Proper blackout curtains would be much better.

Great location quiet but convenient to local amenities

Heating was left on and the property was 30degrees when I got there!! I got almost no sleep due to heat and an uncomfortable bed. Dirty sheets that stank. The whole flat reeks of damp. Kitchen unclean, cooked something in the oven and it stank out the whole flat because it’s a dirty oven.

Lovely surroundings. Lovely and spacious in the aapartment. Felt safe. Definitely our new little get away stay.

I felt my Netflix account logged in ha. We loved it thank you.

Needs abit of a freshen up, blinds didn't work and tv not an ideal location and didn't work in the morning.

Bed was comfy, as was sofa.

A little welcome pack with uht milk and sugar would have been nice for a cuppa in the morning.

Nothing was to like. The property was dirty when we arrived after check in. When trying to sort with the manager he could not get hold of the cleaners. This was not good enough for a one night stay. No compensation or sympathy received. I would not even give it a 1 star- deserves 0.

The apartment had not been cleaned since the previous guests. We arrived after check in and have had no compensation from the manager. Awful. I would never recommend this place. We had a dreadful night due to this as we had to stay elsewhere. Communication from the manager was poor when the issue was raised as he was unsure when the cleaners would arrive. We had reservations booked and it was already 3:30-4pm. Disgusting.

The towels are dirty and had yellow marks on them and the only other thing is there is no curtain on the window which you feel like you have no privacy but other than that it was a nice clean apartment
