Great location. There are very few places in North London. Very reasonable price. Very comfy. Felt safe there. Staff were amazing.

The location is great. I had to travel into the downtown core several times a day for work and the location of the hotel provided an easy commute. It is also close to shopping and amenities and the grounds of the property are beautiful and calm. The facilities were relatively clean and quiet. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to sit and eat lunch or do some work. I enjoyed the walking trails and the river. The signage is clear and it was easy to find the parking area for the hotel.

I traveled alone and noticed immediately that there was no deadbolt on my room door. The door required a key to enter, but I would've liked the added security of being able to lock the door from the inside. The balcony was very dirty and did not offer any furniture so that I could even use the space. The windows of the patio door and the main window in the room were FILTHY. When I arrived and checked the bed, I found hair on the sheets and inside the pillowcases. The night table looked dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. The main living room was hot and smelled musty with no fresh air or option to open windows. I would've liked to work in that space if it wasn't so smelly and hot. The fridges in the kitchen were also really dirty- inside and out. It would be great if the rooms had little bar fridges. Several lightbulbs were burned out and the only lamp in my room didn't work at all. Finally, the TV in my room was a joke. It was a tiny computer monitor and half the channels didn't work. I was glad to have my laptop.

We ended up not staying

The door to our room was ajar when we arrived. The tv was the size of a large iPad. The “queen” bed was barely a double size.

I really liked the location and the beautiful property and the rooms have private patios to relax on while looking ober the peaceful and quiet grounds. Also the staff were very polite, friendly and courteous. All for the best rates in entire city. Trust me this "stay" has real value.

At first I heard that were shared bathrooms. That was enough right there, I thought, "I'm not staying there!" -but, I was wrong, the public facilities were large, private and exceptionally clean. Bravo!

It was a very quiet location. I liked the self-serve coffee in the common-room in the morning. The building and surroundings felt safe. Parking was good.

When we arrived, there was a bulb out in the fixture above the bed, the side-table lamp did not work due to a loose connection. The bathtub drained poorly. In the middle of our 10-day stay, we were informed that maintenance was going to install a bar in the bathtub area the next day. There was no effort to clean up the mess, so we arrived back at our room with bits of grout, etc all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. Feeling less than excited to have to clean that up.

We brought our own food; coffee was excellent. Hallways were spacious.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and good location for family visits. Good price. Very clean and complementary coffee/tea

The room had an institutional smell to it that didn’t fade. Updated paint would be goid

The mattress was shot and sagged in the middle making for an uncomfortable night.

Our 2-night stay was for medical reasons and the Guest House was 5 mins from the hospital. The room was equipped with a full fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes and dishwasher so we were able to take our meals in the room. The shower stall in the bathroom had a convenient grab bar and lots of shelves for putting things on. There was abundant hot water at all times. The bed was comfortable and the heating system was quiet and warm.

The posts on the foot board of the bed had square tops with pointed sides which we kept banging into as there was very little space between the bed and the kitchen area. These bed posts are dangerous as I now have two very bad bruises on my left thigh.

I like the location, as close to who I am visiting. The price is great, given that I am not spending lots of time in my room. The furnishings are just enough and the amenities are just what I need, not overly expensive.

Given what I need from the location and experience, there is nothing that I don't like.

Booking.com should really list the price including all the fees/taxes so we know the FINAL amount we're paying.

Lots of people with mental health issues staying there due to contract with social service providers. Quite unnerving.

the tv was useless in terms of reception as I like news and not an option I found one of your male clerks very unpleasant natured .As when I went check out he was criticizing another staff at least I think he was a staff member >this should have been addressed in private not in an open area any one in a position of leadership or should know this so it will have an affect on my staying there even though I loved the location and room for the purpose I was there Thankyou.

Location to the University Hospital was wonderful. Not knowing London, it took a lot of anxiety off our shoulders to be only a block away.

Attention to a broken armchair leg should be right away for safety sake.
