LOTS of space. Seperate dining/lounge area with large kichenette. Clean, and confortable. Lots of storage and hanging space. Bedroom has a desk and comfy chair.

Postal code in Booking.com does not match address. But that is how Fanshawe College rolls, and the people I talked to did not see any issue. Should you manage to arrive at the correct campus, it is difficult to locate the building. NB:Merlin House gps co-ordinates are N43.014923 W081.201654 Was given a 4 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor - each bedroom has a lock - so if you step out to the washroom, you have to take your key with you, or leave the door open. Luckily, reception is open 24hrs, and I had some clothing in the living area.

I have mobility issues and the parking was a distance from the room. Pillows were thin. We were not aware we had to bring dishes, kettle etc. to use during our stay.

Suite with kitchenette, two bathrooms, recreation room, free parking and friendly staff. The college location is nice, grocery, restaurants, gas station, etc. Everything is within reach.

One of the bathroom shower did not work well, but there are two bathrooms, don't bother it.

I liked that I could do my check in earlier and the check out options were flexible. Comfortable rooms, that have 2 rooms, fridge and microwave. it was very easy to call the property. if I decide to study in western University in London, perhaps I could stay here if you could match me with another students.

I wish they could answer messages, not only calls, it would make things easier. The cheapest apartament has 2 rooms, so if there was a smaller and cheaper apartment for one person, it would be better. Plus, forgive me if I am mistaken, but they could have specify the name of the residence and letter of the building.

Price good but very basic.

No indication given that the rooms were devoid of ANY equipment to cook or make a drink of tea or coffee. Rooms ok but very sparten. No bedside lamps. Most of the wifi charging points did not work. No info as to whether any light snacks or food available on campus. For similar price even cheapest motel/hotel have a coffee maker of some sort.

We were in London for our grandsons baseball tournament. It was being played at stronach community centre so your location was great. Beautiful campus. Rooms were comfortable.

Everything was good. No complaints.

The price was right. Very clean and in safe neighborhood. The gentleman working the desk at check on was extremely friendly and helpful.

Bed was not very comfortable (took me back to college days). The fellow at the desk at checkout did not speak other then saying "checking out"
