Room is adequate and good value

There is a wall of disinfectant perfume that hits you the moment you open the door to your room, and you cannot get rid of that odour. It is far too strong and unnecessary. Even after checking out, my clothing still smelled of that disinfectant odour for several hours.

Had everything I needed for overnight sleep 😎 Very tired location but I didn’t need fancy for a good nights sleep. I got what I paid for!

FYI…..the sink in bathroom drained VERY slow.

Convenient location, Decent price.

Hot tub not working when you pay extra to have that in the room it should actually be working.

the most odd part is the deposit the receptionist refused to take cash as it usual in any place, and she asked for $200 while everyone takes $100 and she insisted to take it from the visa, she transferred all the information of my visa card in a paper. at the checkout she said after 11:00am you will get the refund, now it is three days and I got nothing. I called today a gentleman answered the phone and said you may wait for 3 weeks for the refund and he said we accept a cash deposit. because there were no cancellation I give her my card information other way I wouldn’t please contact the motel to proceed my refund

Check-in was fine, and that is the only good thing I can say to be honest

The inn is very outdated and could use a whole new painting, and upgrade the lamps in the room were in very fragile condition, and the room itself was very noisy. At 7 in the morning, kids were outside screaming. The property had not been completely cleared of snow ad due to melting and freezing in the parking lot going to my car outside my door I slipped and fell on the ground. I could not get up and a lady assisted me to my feet. I was stuck in a huge ice spot and when the representative of the hotel came out his first remark was I should have walked a different way the lady who assisted me said she had to walk that way it was to her door and her car. I advised the man that some salt should be placed there as I had to go that way back to my vehicle and park there in the evening. When I returned to my parking spot nothing had been done and the ice rink was still in front of the door to my room. No cleaning was done while I stayed there, no room was checked and I had to make my own bed every day, using the same towel and face cloth my complete stay.

Clean room, parking good, good value for money.

At check in the. An at the front desk asked me repeatedly if I had a dog with me. I didn't but couldn't seem to get him to believe me. He asked a total of 6 times. Not the worst thing but just really weird.
