Clean nice room with mounting view. Hot tubs. Good breakfast. Modern hotel interior

There are only 2 hot tubs. And you have to wait to use one of them.

Great amenities and breakfast

A bit far from the core of Banff.

Clean, friendly staff, pet friendly, free hot breakfast, hot tubs, fire pit, outdoor seating area, and underground parking.

Room was a good size but could have used more lighting.

Breakfast could have included more fruit.

Breakfasts were great. Rooms were cleaned promptly. Outdoor area was beautiful. Staff was friendly.

Sauna didn’t work the first night.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the heater/air conditioner was so close to the bed and noist that it kept us up all night.

1) Breakfast. Non creative cheap options . You can impovd by adding simple items A) boiled eggs 2) fresh vegetables 3) add fruit options other than apples These are not expensive options and easy to include 2) bathroom has no ventilation

Good breakfast , clean

Had a great stay at the Canalta Lodge. We loved it from the moment we walked in. The staff were very friendly and gave some great recommendations. We did have a slight miscommunication with ore check in request which was no big deal but within an hour of being in the room a manager had come up to apologize with some complimentary locla made chocolates and a bottle of bubbly which was a really nice touch. The room was great with a beautiful mountain view. The included breakfast was great with a large selection. Can never go wrong with pancakes to start the day and then ending the day with smores a hot tub was delightful. Nowhere else I would stay on Banff and would recommend to everyone

The douvet was between two sheets. So there was no cover on the douvet.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Booked a King suite and was pleasantly surprised with the staff accommodating an early check-in and complimentary upgrade for a King Loft suite. This really added to the experience of the trip overall. The suite was beautiful and provided extra quiet since the bed was on the upper level. Suite was clean. S'mores was a nice touch. Fire pit was fun especially since it was a bit chilly at night. Common areas were nice too, there were boardgames, a bar, nice seating, there's also a gym, hot tubs and sauna. Underground parking was great to have. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy, but a basic free meal to start the day is always great. It's about a 13min walk to downtown Banff which we didn't mind since we were on this trip to go hiking, it's also a 5min drive if you prefer to drive. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Nothing really. But if I had to make a comment it's super minor, would have liked slightly brighter lights in the bathroom.
