Super convenient location, good price, enjoyable light breakfast, parking included.

We stayed in a room with 2 beds. The second bed was a sofa bed which was pretty uncomfortable and hard (could use a foam mattress topper to make it more comfy). Additionally I found the bed linens to be extremely scented which I personally don’t enjoy.

Location is as good as it gets in Banff. Check-in was quick, clear and easy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, great sleep. Our room was cooler and our host brought a space heater for us. Parking is great. Breakfast is fairly basic, but always appreciated.

Noise isolation between rooms and floors isn't great, your experience will depend on how respectful about noise others are. One night there was someone cooking and cleaning downstairs until almost midnight. It was very noisy and the smell of garlic came straight under the door upstairs, we had to open the window. The sheets were Hilton branded, and although very comfortable it's slightly off putting, given there is no affiliation to Hilton. If the breakfast had a few more options or variation of fruit, made to order eggs or pancakes, it could be a 10/10

Great central location way better than staying out in Banff Avenue. Large room. Comfortable bed. Basic decor but clean.

Not sure if the staff or owners live onsite. Basic functional welcome. I left before breakfast (8-10am) each day so may have missed more friendly interactions.

The hot breakfast was excellent with bacon, eggs and sausage.

I know it's Banff, and they can charge anything they want but hey it is what it is .

breakfast was simple yet adequate, rooms clean and bed comfortable, location to downtown banff is amazing and onsite parking is perfect

the guy that is the live in cleaner/cook does not speak english so made some communications a little hard, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work

The location was exceptional! The breakfast was so good. I really appreciated how kind and helpful our host was and the free parking included was a huge bonus.

Smell in the lobby, dirty bedsheets, pillowcases, terrible bathroom. There is no AC.

Quiet, great location, clean room, friendly host, and breakfast was nice (fruits, cereal, eggs, Yams, muffins, tea, coffee, juice)

Very clean inside. Location is in downtown. You can just park at the Riverfront Estate for free and walk the whole town. Otherwise you have to pay parking at Banff downtown.

At noon the room kind of warm due to no A/C. But not an issue as we went out to walk at the river and then up to Banff Gondola

over crowded and not enough guidelines for people using swimming pool and Jacuzzi. some people just staying in the pool for extended time which inconvenient for other people.

It was close to everything, the bed was extremely comfortable, clean, and big, breakfast was nice, very cute little building it was very cozy- nice finishings.

The sink had some drainage problems, some places were dusty, overhead lights did not work, a few hairs in the shower, nothing crazy.

breakfast is the important meal for me and my husband. We stayed for 2nights but the stuff are all the same.(bread, egg, coffee and some fruits like strawberry and orange.

The accessibility in the room and in the building like its keyless.

The size of the room is good, the beds very comfortable. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is as expected for the price and a good start in the day. The location is excellent for discoveries in Banff National Park and Banff itself.
