Located in downtown, Clean room and we had a good breakfast.

pool was under maintenance, Receptionist is not friendly.

Everything was perfect. Will come back. The room was very clean, we had a complaint about a dog in a room next to our(whining), we called the receptionist and within a couple of minutes they have resolved the problem. Recommending this hotel in Banff.

Breakfast was very good. Parking is poor if your vehicle doesn't fit in underground parking.

I loved the room. Loved the hotel in general. We had an awesome room with a great balcony.

I didn’t like the little table on the balcony. I needed to do some work but the ridges in the table made it difficult. Also while I loved that our room was on the main side where the mountains are gorgeous, the street lamp outside was horribly bright and I hate sleeping with the drapes closed but had to keep them closed at night.

Lovely spacious room. We had booked a king suite with spa bath.

On arrival we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned, this was explained as “bed turn down”, I said no that was fine, but I did expect clean towels. Clean towels never arrived !! I asked at reception again for towels, and was advised there would be in our room on our return - this never happened!! Free breakfast was very limited and not enough tables for all guests, approx 10 tables in a small room. Our bathroom door handle became wonky, no point in complaining as the request for towels never happened so we just had to leave it open/unlocked. Coffee never replaced in the room, nor bins emptied for 3 days. Our room was also at the end of a corridor right next to the stairwell which was extremely noisy during the evenings and through the night with guests passing.

Clean and well stocked for basic breakfast. Muffins were really good.

Soya milk would have been nice as the lack of it meant I couldn’t have cereal as part of my preferred breakfast….but to be fair, there were other things I could eat instead.
