kind staff , amazing pool , wonderful complimentary breakfast .

our room had a bit of an Oder , but front desk were quick to help resolve problem.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. Appreciated being able to open windows in the room. A fridge and microwave in the family suite was great.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub closed on our last day. There were never towels available. The quality of breakfast was mediocre and disappointing. The exhaust fan in our room didn't work which made the room stuffy and moist. There were no twin beds as expected in the family suite which my 2 boys had been looking forward to; my husband ended up on the sofa. There was a sink but no soap to do dishes. Layout of room meant you couldn't comfortably watch tv while on the sofa. In general a fairly disappointing stay and will not rush to return.

Trouble with room keys a few times (wouldn’t open door) check in was not great. It seemed to take longer than needed.

Wonderful staff, pleased with the room. Hotel was relatively easy to get to from the highway. Ample parking for visitors. Located very close to Wellness Centre. Ideal for anyone attending events there from out of area.

No USB connections in room. No visible EV charging stations. Guests in adjacent rooms partied late into the evening requiring a call to the front desk. Staff did deal with the situation. Hot breakfast (scrambled eggs) was cold coming off the hot plate

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options. 9

We were placed on a floor with several young hockey teams, and they were extremely loud and running up and down the halls yelling. This lasted until pretty late. My husband and I were tired from traveling all day and had a hard time sleeping until they finally settled down, which was close to 11pm. The elevators were soaked from so many kids running from the pool to the rooms, and the lobby was extremely loud as they were playing floor hockey or something of that nature in the breakfast area. I get it kids are kids, but we definitely would have chosen an alternative place had we known that was more relaxed.

hot tub which was the reason I booked was broken. fire alarm in room went off for no reason at 5 in the morning. took 20 min to stop it. breakfast was cold

The room was great for our family, and the kids had a blast in the pool.

Unfortunately, the lounge chair I sat in, in the pool room collapsed and resulted in me hitting my head, which seemed fine at the time, but resulted in an intense head ache and vomiting later in the day. It was a hard way to end a great trip.
