We checked in around 9 pm, it was very busy at the time. Taylor at the check in desk did an outstanding job ,not only checking my family in, but also helping to check in and arranging everything for our friend, who arrived after midnight due to flight delays ex Toronto. Thank you Taylor, all your help was much appreciated ! Peter J.

The restaurant was tastey and the shuttle was very quick and he was friendly

The hotel was flooded, which is out of the hotels control we understand. But we booked it to use the pool so that was disappointing. They also put us on the bottom floor which had a terrible smell.

Everything was good. Clean room, comfortable bed.

No complaints.

There were ants infested everywhere. Staff were awful, they offered compensation for our horrible stay but only honoured it partially, then they were so rude and ridiculous to deal with. Our room and beds were covered in ants. We were bitten and had to check out early at 8am after the flight landed at 6am. Don’t waste your money here, it’s old, outdated and not worth the chance of horror from infestation.

Staff friendly and helpful; 24 x 7 shuttle super convenient. Large room. Good value.

Currently renovating so a bit dated but they are correcting that.

Old and run down and we were in the so called “renovated” room. The bathroom is really bad. See photos. Absolutely HATE that you can’t open the windows to let fresh air in. Our room is non smoking but we can still smell cigarette smoke. Not sure where it’s coming from.

Close to airport. Room was clean. Bed was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel type. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Day staff( before shift change needs to learn manners. She was Abrupt, yawning with her mouth open all the time. No hello or Thankyou. Staff change while I was still booking in and that shift was great

I was happy with the selection the hotel provided for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like how the restaurant stated they had gluten-free options, however everything was cross contaminated so my sister was only able to eat one thing off of the menu.

Nice pool, comfortable bed. The room was very clean and good internet connection.

Wish there was a hot tub.

The check in staff member - Christine- went out of her way to let me know I was a valued customer.

There was black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the first room. Had to force the issue to be moved to another room that actually had hot water to shower. Issues on check in and had to call booking.com because the desk agent wouldn't do a thing. Onsite restaurant was mediocre and overpriced. Nicely cooked haddock, but with barely thawed frozen veg. Would never go back and do not recommend.

The TV and remote were awful to use and the TV program was unfriendly.

Very close to the airport so it made our trip very convienient. We have stayed here on multiple occassions and I am sure we will again

Our only issue was with finding the shuttle to go from the airport back to the hotel. Then the shuttle parked at the back of the line so people who got there last were trying to get the shuttle first
