I was happy with the location in relation to the venue we were attending. The valet gentlemen were very nice and helpful. The nice gentleman that made sure our bags made it to our room

There was nothing special about the room whatsoever. The coffee pot had the old pod in it. I had to try 3 different plugs to use the coffee pot after i cleaned it. The bottom trim was falling off on the bathroom door frame. Absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. I paid over 230 for the 1st night, over 430 for the second... the only thing that was worth the money was the 45 a day for valet. After being 20 mins late to check Out, (Admittedly my fault, we were at an event that ran behind. And i did call. The person on the phone was fine, different when i arrived)I had to wait for security to escort me to the room like a criminal and the woman at the desk was extremely rude and condescending. This hotel, while it may be decent at best, is nothing special and not worth the money. I paid for the location in relation to the venue we needed to be at.

Staff was uninformed about what package I purchased. I was told I did not have the bed and breakfast package, after asking twice. It was not until the next morning at check out that staff caught the error and refunded the difference. This took away from my experience. Nothing extra was offered after paying over 400 for the room. The room itself was quite dusty. There needs to be a thorough cleaning of spaces by the fridge, by the TV and vents. I was disappointed in not being able to access the internet for the ability to add Netflix. The app kept trying to connect to a TV in another room. There was also no options for anything after 11. Staff at the front desk was not welcoming, did not explain anything. I had to continually go back to ask questions. The valet did not assist with getting my luggage in my truck upon departure. They simply walked away. I was left to assume that this was because they thought we were not going to tip, so I put my 100 bill for their valet services overnight back into my purse. I was truly disappointed in the level of service and hospitality after spending quite a bit of money for a one night stay. I would ask that staff be made aware of this as this was my first night out after tragically losing my 24 year old son in August. It was my first mother's day without him.

Thin walls, neighbors were very loud and even when quiet- the tv being low is still audible through the walls

We came for a weekend away and for the Holland Tulip Festival but the unpleasant events during the night ruined completely our experience. At about 2:30 am a domestic dispute broke out between a couple in a neighboring room. They were both screaming at the top of their lungs for over 2 hours, often it seemed that it had gone from verbal violence to physical violence as the walls were shaking and you could hear things being thrown, people or things, who knows. Security came 3 times and the couple was finally evicted. Too late however to get any kind of sleep. It was absolutely horrible and the slow actions of security could have led to serious harm to either person fighting or other guests if they had gone out to check or talk to that couple or if guns had been involved. I found the hotel security inactions actions completely irresponsible and why was the police not called? At checkout, we complained about the lack of action and the impact on our stay and the hotel staff offered a "possible room upgrade" on our next visit. There won't be a next visit.
