I love that the staff were all friendly. I also liked the clean room and facilities. Meals in the restaurant were fabulous and I liked the Sundry area too. Some good choices. Finally, the shuttle service to the airport was amazing! Overall, thank you for a fabulous experience!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

room is good comfy. Airport shuttle not show up at 3.30 a.m but front staff call taxi for me free of charge , which is good.

nothing , I stay only 1 night and leave early moring. So nothing much.

The staff were kind and friendly, the room service was fast and delicious. It was super convenient and close to the airport.

The stay was good, kids loves the waterside.

I forgot my jewelry when I left which is my own fault but I called the front desk within 30 min of checking out and was told they would call me back if they found anything. I was catching a flight so I couldn't go back to the hotel immediately. I called 3 times after that for an update because it seems unbelievable to me that my jewelry couldn't be found considering it was such a short time after I checked out to when I called to ask them to hold the jewelry for me. Nobody ever returned my calls and apparently nobody ever found my jewelry. Very unfortunate and ultimately my own fault but I just don't like how it was handled.

The Location was convenient. I was happy that the restaurant was open so late.

Carpet in the room. No free breakfast buffet. The front desk staff didn't notify the shuttle bus driver that I was waiting in the lobby for 25 min.

Booked it because had an early flight. Also it had a pool which was appealing for the family. The room was good.

Happy with everything. It’s slightly isolated but for us that wasn’t a priority.
