Very nicely renovated bathroom in the room we stayed in, and parking was at the door to our room. Also, I was worried there would be bed bugs—- but thank God there was not a single bed bug to be found.

It’s a bit run down, and the area a tad sketchy but if you’re able to get a good deal, then it’s a decent place

Good location if driving. Good value for money overall.

It's just a low budget hotel, with everything that goes with it. Simply don't expect much.

Bathtub was slippery and no bar to grab onto.

Perfect location. Owner cared. Walking distance to Timmy's. Comfortable bed.

The bed is comfortable, there is a small microwave and mini fridge, no coffee maker nor kettle, no instant coffee nor tea bags, just 2 plastic cups :(, new floor, new toilet, new sink.

The building is partially renovated and not ready for business at all but they are accepting customers, the outside wall is not finished, and cement/clay is left everywhere on the door on the porch in the yard, huge construction trash bin right in the yard, nails on the ground. And the inside is partially done, left safety/electrical hazards (holes) around receptacles, old window and door frames are not re-painted, rusted heater, duck-taped AC, weird wood box with sharp gaps along the wall covering something up. I am not exaggerating, see the photos I attached ( I do not know why the 12 photos I uploaded will not show to the public with the review!!! I wish everyone can see the photos of reality). On the website, they show the nicer-looking 2-story building but assigned me a nasty room in another unfinished building. For the first time, I feel regretted to have a booking because as soon as I arrived at the place I wanted to cancel but then I will lose 95$ (not cheap for the city of Windsor Canada), The same street is full of other motels that are nicer, cleaner, but cheaper. I endured 1 night there and did not fight for cancellation or refund because I made the booking and agreed to the booking.com rules based on a rating of over 8 for this place ( still do not know how they got this score). Now I've learned my lessons.

The beds were extremely comfortable and big. The location was nice, close to several stores, and service was excellent 👌.

Not having a place to cook, take out gets expensive and starts costing more than just being able to cook myself.

It was clean, the owners were friendly and respectful, and there was a nice smelling air freshener which was the cherry on top in our second time here :) Really awesome hotel for the price, and quiet too.

We were late in getting here. I wish we could have fully experienced the full 1pm-11am so there was less feeling rushed. Not the fault of property though
