The property was absolutely beautiful. Very private and feels so very safe! Even has security guarding the area.

The only thing about the double bed suite is that there was a bit of an issue was the heat/ac. In the bedroom it was much colder in the living room. It was very noticeable but not much of a problem. Still slept in it comfortably.

Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff was also excellent.

Not allowing check-in before 4:00 really hampered our plans for the evening.

The pool is absolutely amazing and the rest of the hotel is gorgeous! During the week they make your breakfast to order and then weekends they have the buffet! All cement floors so there were no noise complaints which makes taking 6 kids a lot easier!

I did not like how for breakfast, the cook use one board to make food. Pork, ham and veggies omelets were cooked side by side with the Same spoons. I declined my order. After seeing that

Only complaint I have is the one woman who worked in the breakfast area restocking was EXTREMELY RUDE. She made many people feel uncomfortable. Came right behind my daughter and slammed down a lid that was slightly open. She rushed everyone out of the breakfast area before it was even closing. I have stayed at other embassy’s and breakfast is one reason I choose you guys. This woman made breakfast with you very unpleasant.
