The room was gross, it smelled like wet onions and there was hair on the blanket

man at desk needs to be replaced. no elevator!

Rude staff. Plastic cups used as doors mold in the frig. Had to argue to change rooms just to have cockroaches in the new room

I did not like the fact of there were cock roaches in the beds, in the dresser drawers, and in the bathroom!

Well lit. A/C worked. Shower and sink had good water pressure.

I pointed it out to the desk person when I checked out.

The microwave was trashed, the tub leaked, the sink clogged, we had half of a bottle of shampoo and hand sanitizer, 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 people, someone tried to come in our room while we were still sleeping and it was not our checkout time, most of the outlets did not work and the hairdryer was broken

I liked nothing about this hotel.

The service was terrible. Manesh or Mahesh was very rude as soon as we walked up. He threw my ID in the tray and they hotel key. Didn't even ask me if i wanted to do a different form of payment, which i wanted to but he gave me no choice and didn't answer any of our questions. There was a drug deal happening in the parking lot while we were parking and heading to our room. The room smelled horrible and the top sheet on the bed was dirty with stains and what appears to be a booger. The floors were dirty and didn't look swept. The door looked like it wasn't closing all the way so we barely got any sleep. The lamp and clock were not working at all. For $82 i expected more. I've been to Red Roofs where I've only paid $65 and it was clean and the service was great. We will never return to this red roof again. Definitely not clean, nice, or safe.

it was convenient, easy check in

the knob for the heat/ a/c fan was hard to use since the knob was missing. it was very dangerous turning it from cooler to more heat
