Facility upgrades are needed. Carpet in hallways are stained, housekeeping needs to do a better job of notifying maintenance of slow drains and insects in the bathroom area.

There wasn’t anything I liked about this property. The general manager was pleasant.

Everything. The facility was dirty. Our room was dirty. Stains on the comforter and pillows. There was visible water damage from the ceiling down the wall in our room and you could smell the mold.

The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked that’s it

1. Horrible smells cig/pot 2. Disgusting carpet 3. Dirty, dusty, musty. 4. Health dept closed pool but front desk said it was open, people using and mgmt kept propping gate to pool open which hid the sign. We’d close it and they’d reprop it open. 5. Poorly lit 6 sloppy drippings poor quality repaint, out dated and broken furniture 6. No hot water not even Luke warm - question this causing a health hazard for water from heater - bacteria 7. Breakfast? Sparse not as pictured 8. Phone in room not ever connected at wall not working 9. Towels? Given basically hand towels instead of reg towels/ 2nd day we did finally get full sized towels.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Good location.

If you're going to remodel while there are people staying in the hotel, they should at least throw away their trash as they go. There were piles of carpet scraps and vinyl baseboard in the halls both nights I was there. I also like the new look, but the painters weren't very careful because there were drops of dried paint on the floor, bathtub, counter, and headboard. I hope you'll be putting lamps back in the room also, because the wall lights are insufficient.
