Absolutely nothing!

Anita is the rudest employee ever. I was told I could not check in on time because the room wasn't clean yet, at 3pm when I'd been waiting for over 2 hours. When I questioned this I was told twice I could go somewhere else. I did. I went to Graystone Lodge instead, had a much better experience and saved $700 on a 4 night stay. Bigger room, bigger balcony, better view, everything was bigger and better and no construction zone. I will never stay at Hampton Inn again. Thank you Anita for your rudeness, because of that, Graystone made my vacation much better. It will be my new go to place in Gatlinburg. Hampton Inn is an over priced over rated construction zone. Don't waste your money there.Go to Graystone.

The staff was very nice.

The hotel was under construction, which we were not made aware of until we arrived, so there was no lobby, just a folding table at the entrance, and no breakfast to speak of. The room was rundown and it was very loud. I am not one to complain, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I have stayed at many hotels, and this was the worst one I have ever stayed in. A cheap motel would have probably been better.

lobby was under construction, breakfast was in a room, it was ok. The staff serve it in to go box, so we have to go back to our rooms to eat it. It was hot and good. The location was perfect, in the center of everything, no need to use the car, just walk and find the attractions we looking for. We would definitely get the same hotel next year. friendly staff. clean rooms. comfy beds. pool and jacuzzi were closed, but it was winter (cold weather), so, did not matter. The best part, the hotel is next to the air tram that go to ski and snow tubing park ((ober mountain) one of the place it we went). we love it

the breakfast could be better, we always gets hampton hotels so we are use to plenty options to eat like waffles of hot and ready oatmeal. but, it was good anyways. jacuzzi and pool were close, but it was winter time so there no way we could get in with so cold weather. one thing I was surprise is that there is no washer or dry machine (laundry) is the first hamptom we stay and do not have it, but, they give an option to go to another close hotel so you can use theirs (thats ok)

Breakfast was good.

Faucet in tub leaked constantly. There was no bathroom fan to take care of humidity when taking shower.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Location, location, location

The selling point was all rooms were creek side. Disappointed to see all the trash in and along the creek. I told my thirteen year old son if we owned the property the creek would be checked daily.

Paid a premium price for a 90$ room. Bathroom fixtures not working. Nor ac kept the room cool. Was awake ed at 3:30 am one morning by a garbage truck.

This hotel is perfect for location and the rooms back up to a creek w balconies overlooking. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast was great! The only issue in one room out of the 3 we booked was there was a musty smell, but the other 2 did not have that. The pool and hit tub were very nice and well maintained! I will definitely book here again!!

love the comfortable beds and the rooms being on the creek. the rooms are also very spacious.

Had nothing to do with the property itself but had someone smoking on the balcony in a non smoking room and the smoke was coming on our room. which I am allergic to. that was the only down fall.

Mattress needed replacing.

Location was what we were looking for. We liked sitting on our balcony and enjoying little pigeon river. And just steps from our room was the main street of gatlinberg! The staff was exceptional, even loaned us an umbrella!! Pool was relaxing, and again could here the flow of the river, so relaxing. Maintenance was speedy and replaced our microwave within 30 min.
