Location is wonderful.A very good breakfast with friendly staff.

The location was great with a lovely view of the lake. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi was fine early in the day but became almost unusable in the evening when the motel filled up. A higher speed connection is needed to support the number of guests that were there.

The view would’ve been perfect if we were in the room that we originally booked.

We booked our stay at this hotel back 2.5 months before we arrived we added in our notes during booking that we had a dog with us. Upon arrival they said they had no idea and that we couldn’t stay in the room which we had booked because they don’t allow animals in it so we had to stay in a room with 2 double beds in which me and my spouse had to stay in separate because I am a very large man. Needless to say we were very displeased with this situation.

It was a nice motel located conveniently at the end of the cabot trail. The staff were excellent and very helpful and breakfast while not included, was hearty and in the attached restaurant.. i would highly recommend the motel..

It was Clean. Lady on desk at night was friendly. Nice location. Definitely Not worth $143 per night. This is NOT the Radisson Inn.

No food on premises after 8pm. NO VENDING MACHINES ON SITE. This sucks for late arrivals to the motel. While checking in, people from 2 different rooms asked the front desk staff for any food and there was no place to get any on site as the cafe shut down at 8pm. Very Uncomfortable and Dated beds. Beds were older then my 83 y/o nan's in the pet friendly room and it was pretty uncomfortable. BUT, The lady on front desk was friendly. Just a really dated motel that has apparently been upgraded very cheaply to look new but it TRULY is NOT worth $143.00 a night for a Pet friendly room when all hotels in the area have free pet stays, DUE to them all having to sanitize the rooms after each guest leaves anyways. This 1 night here cost 50% more then most of our stays at best westerns, super 8's and other motels on my travels. There are several motels in this area under $100 per nite (free pets) and they all have snack machines for use by their guests 24/7. It is not hard at all to get vending machines placed inside any hotels/motels... You just need to care about your guests needs more then you care about their wallets.

No fault of the motel but next door couple were having a major domestic fight and it went on for a very long time which meant getting to sleep was impossible.
