Clean and well kept. Very quiet! Hotel staff was super!!! Give em a raise!

The beds were extremely comfortable, we slept very well. The house keeping was on point! they came in daily to collect dirty towels and replace them with clean ones.

The first time we went to shower for some odd reason the hot water took forever to comeout hot. I'm not sure what happened but in th end as more ppl came in to stay for the weekend it didn't take as long to come out hot.

Spacious, clean rooms with overall excellent quality.

The rooms get stuffy and warm at night even in cool weather. The AC unit is scary loud and startling each time it turns on. The only solution was to open the window.

Good price and place was clean

We called initially to ask if we could drop our bags off, which was fine, but when we got there the person at the front desk seemed confused, didn't give us a receipt so we just had to trust our luggage would be okay. He also locked the doors on us as we were outside fixing our luggage for a few minutes before we dropped it off. Our door didn't latch fully, room 219 and there was a large gap in the bottom. Which meant it was quite loud when people walked by at night. Attached image of door it was closed more than usual because we wedged it shut so we felt more secure.

Convenient location to Disney and relatively good value for money. Decent sized fridge and comfortable bed

No microwave or coffee maker. Used to have free parking but now charge $10 a night for it

The room was fine. The bunk bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and even the bathroom was wheel chair accessible meeting my needs.

I had to pay to park on property. Even with needing parking for handicap. That charge added to the daily rate, which made this stay the most expensive compared to what I paid at other local hotels in recent months. The room also did not have any amenities besides TV. No fridge, microwave, or even a coffee pot.
