The wash was $2.00 at one time now is $3.00 and the dryers don't work had wet clothing spread all over bed wet all night was wet by 12.00 noon when I left was frozen out side in a few mins. Good way to grow bugs I don't know who use the wash before me and what they have I just know you have no heat at all in dryer so every thing would be living. No food or events on New Years wish I book The one in Jackson or Hotel C and record collection even Pearl Harbor spa on this night. Not for Holliday fun only rest you would be board if you wanted food, drink or people.

Clean, pool but no hot tubs or tubs, big, gym, laundry, nice out look from window, ice, stove, dishwasher, kitchen, bedding fluffy, can cook in room, lots of space to move around, store in house, good room, staff was nice, heat and cooling worked good, enough cleaning supply's, free breakfast (boiled eggs, coffee and tea in room and breakfast apples, oranges, juice, cooked eggs with cheese, sausages, fruit salad, taters, buns, sweets. Easy for delivery to find and close to down town with out as much homeless as the motel at King and Caroline out side. Get to look at city hall lights all night, tv radio clock but no streaming but free WIFI, phone. Looked nice for the x-mas, lights and trees.

I liked how the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Full on party hotel until 5 am. If you want sleep do not stay here. We have stayed here before with the same experience. This is the hotel of choice for sports teams and dance teams who like to party all night long. Front desk does nothing to help.

The room was perfect. Little kitchenette with stove top, dishwasher, full size fridge. Complimentary snacks and pop. Bathroom was excellent with big shower. Comfortable bed with big sitting room. Underground parking was $12 for the night and had a 6'6" height which fit my truck. Breakfast was included which had sausages, eggs, French toast, muffins, bagels, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juice. Definitely worth the price.

The only negative thing I can think of is, they give us a room with a kitchenette with no cutlery, bowls, plates, cups. However it did have pots for cooking, but no frying pan.

Loved the view of the City Hall and the areas from our windows. Breakfast was varied and the hours were fine for us. The whole building was well ventilated and warm.

We had a little difficulty with the availability of the washing machines.

Loved that staying at this hotel gave us the flexibility to cook our own meals without needing to bring pots/pans/etc with us. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff polite. Will certainly stay here again

Their suites are spacey and comfortable with the best views of Downtown. Loved their compassion towards pets. Fast and easy service. Felt safe with access controlled doors and elevators.

Breakfast could be more elaborate. Please add Nutella. Not impressed with the TV, couldn’t cast from personal devices onto it. Suggestion: try to provide litter boxes and/or litter for common pets as it may be difficult to carry those around all the time.

water issues. not informed before hand, water took forever to get up to temp than once did could not adjust temperature. when I asked about it at front desk I was rudely informed you have to let water run for 15 mins like I was supposed to know. Very basic cable package that was based out of Detroit, I don’t need Detroit news. No smart tv. Got a King room with kitchenette, all dishes and cutlery were in the dishwasher. they were clean mind you just odd I had to unload a dishwasher on a weekend away. No room service for a “ higher end hotel” , not big deal but had to go to restaurant on site and get take out. Complimentary breakfast was okay, more like a best western. Just not impressed overall, probably started with negative mindset after having a scolding hot shower like I was in Satan’s bathroom.
