Location was nice.

There’s was no hot water at 930pm in my room. Had to have a cold shower.

I thought I would be able to relax, but there were number of hockey teams booked in. The children ran a muck, the parents screaming…it was a horrible stay. The shower taps are useless, hard to find the right tempature.

We had an upgrade to a mini suite, but the bedroom in comparison with the living room/ kitchen was very small no place to put 1 suitcase ( we were as a couple so 2 suitcases) to much and big furniture. Wallpaper was already coming off, the crane was already loose, materials are cheap I couldn't check my invoice when checking out, asked to send by email , but had to call 3 times, and finally went down to pick it up.

the property is really nice, the staffs there were friendly and professional. like the facts that there was hotel access to 2 restaurants (Denny’s $ Moxies). did not have the chance to try Moxies but Denny’s get a 10/10 for the food.

first got into an executive room which was really spacious but unfortunately it was I nfested with fruit flies. spoke to reception and they were kind enough to move me to a different room which was quiet smaller. - second issues I encountered was the flooring despite that they are padded, every steps from above resonates in the room like you are being inside of a drum. feels like they would need to reinforce the sound proofing. besides of that …. it was great!

The front desk staff was very professional and helpful - you could tell that they really like their job. We needed towels as we had used the pool, the housekeeping staff gave us some on our way back up to our room and then came up to our room to bring us additional towels for after our shower. They were truly a lovely group of caring individuals.

Fresh fruit being available in the lobby would have been a nice touch - there were decorative oranges on tables and a number of guests thought they could pick up a healthy snack on their way to their room only to be disappointed by a plastic orange. There were kids running in the halls - that is not a hotel problem. Blackout curtains would have been great.

I like everything about my stay.

I go to a lot of motels per month and I've seen and felt it all, I'm not that hard to deal with I get that Hamilton sucks but this is a high class trafficker or rich kid party place. I was sick with a broken arm and taking pills, eating and sleeping with bangs and slams and what sounded like tariffing in the next room by mooring I was so upset I was slamming. Too bad since I was only their one time after covid when you had no hot water this time I had hope as it was so much cleaner and smelled good.

Denny's next door sucks rare is well done and salty. Everything about this place is fake.

The room was clean. The room was spacious. The full-sized couch was a nice feature. The daytime staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find parking. The TV was modern. The bathroom looked recently renovated.

The nighttime staff was rude and not helpful. He did not know where anything was, blamed it on the maids, and said there was nothing he could do about it. Instead of helping me basically left me to fend for myself. Worst service I have ever received from a front desk attendant. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken but had a snack machine. The ice machine on the 6th floor worked but did not have a snack machine. I got a full work getting ice and snacks (not a good thing). One of the pillow sets was lumpy, which conflicted with the nicer pillow behind it.
