Leider war unser Zimmer super klein und es gab kein Fenster zum Lüften. Der Geruch im Zimmer war daher bei Ankunft bereits sehr unangenehm.

El hotel en general está muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda y en la habitación hay todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Tienen agua y café de cortesía, algo que agradecimos mucho. Lo más destacable para nosotros fue el buen trato y simpatía del personal, en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar y encantadores fuese la hora que fuese. Hicimos el check in pasadas las 3 de la mañana y el hombre que nos atendió no pudo ser más cariñoso y simpático. Sin duda volveremos al mismo hotel en nuestra próxima visita. La ubicación es muy buena, un paseo andando a Embarcadero, Chinatown y Union Square.

Hotel e camera fantastica, da quattro stelle. Il disporre di una camera dotata di angolo cottura e tutto occorrente per preparare una colazione, aggiunto al caffe/tè/latte offerti nel salotto al piano terra, compensano assolutamente la mancata offerta di una colazione a buffet. Impagabile poi la presenza di area dotata di lavatrici e asciugatrici, con tutto occorrente per lavare il vestiario.

Si potrebbe pensare, prima o poi, di investire in una ristrutturazione del bagno. La vasca di bagno soprattutto, avrebbe bisogno di un sistema antiscivolo.

Disappointed! I usually stay here, have been many times, many of the staff know me, I am even a member of the club quarters program. I landed super early for me booking, around midnight, I call the hotel and ask about either an early check in or the ability to pay for an extra day, and the employee William, tells laughs at me and tell me no there is no way and Jung’s up on my face while I was talking. I go on booking and book a room, at the same hotel and call William again to let him know I got a room through booking ana confirm if I can go, he completely poorly handles the situation, confirms my reservation and offer no apologies, probably the last time I will ever stay at CQ.

Decent price, nice bar next door. Nice shared space.

Room was pretty spartan, and furniture pretty work. Would have been nice to have some more comfort and personal touches in room.
