Convenience to shopping, quiet and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the hours were reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The position, the fact that breakfast was included and the price. The room was also very big. Reception staff were courteous and helpful.

Could be a bit cleaner, especially around breakfast area. Bins were already nearly full and should be promptly emptied. It was good to have included breakfast. It was ok but there was no breakfast tea at all for the duration of our stay. We were told they’d run out but a hotel shouldn’t run out of tea! Not everyone drinks coffee.

Location is good enough

We were charged 50$ for early checkin but no one informed us that they will charge us. We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and hotel receptionist was kind enough to check us in. We went to the room and it has dirty toilet. Then our room was changed. It was around 14:00 when we arrived in the room. Receptionist didn't told us that checking us 3 hours earlier is paid. We have been in plenty other hotels where we were checked in even earlier and no one charged us a penny. Hotel refused to return that money. Additionally wifi was not working. Rooms are old and breakfast is very bad. Yes that hotel was the cheapest one at the time of booking but after charging these additional 50$ we could book much better place. There are other reviews mentioning they were charged for something as well. Try to avoid this hotel.

Entretanto como no site booking.com em português constava minha opção de quarto como duas camas de casal, como eu estava viajando com meu esposo, achei que este quarto seria ideal para a minha estada. Entretanto, como meu esposo chegou antes de mim, foi dito a ele pelo recepcionista que o quarto que havíamos reservado era composto por duas camas de solteiro!! Como são muito prestativos, sugeriram troca para outro apartamento com uma cama maior - ultimo disponível na data. Entretanto, para nossa surpresa, o apartamento concedido como upgrade, que fica acima do nivel da recepção NAO dispoe de janela, dispoe de uma telha onde a chuva fez muito barulho a noite toda e além disso o encanamento do hotel também é muitíssimo barulhento. Era preferível termos ficado com o quarto original e termos juntado as camas, caso necessário. Recomendo evitar esta opção do quarto sem janela, para quem procura por uma acomodação silenciosa,

Location, price

Breakfast was not good. Impossible to keep the room a comfortable temp. At 4-6 am there was an unbelievable noise in the street that disrupted sleep. Sounded like a dumpster being slammed over and over and over and over for hours right outside the window.
