The room h/vac was loud. Kept me up. I also specifically requested not to have a room near the elevator and ours was right by it so that sucked. I knew the hotel was busy so l didn’t ask to be moved. It didn’t make for a good nights sleep 😕

Building is nice and clean. Pool is warm not cold which was really nice, but quite small in my opinion. Breakfast was ok.

The noise! The doors for the rooms SLAM which had me waking up at 2am since the next room over decided to have non hotel guests come and party in their room. They were very loud and I tried to contact the front desk multiple times, however they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I finally had to get dressed and go down stairs to find someone to ask the room to quiet down. On my way out I ended up confronting the next room since they opened the door. They had alcohol and one was vaping in a nonsmoking room and floor. I asked for compensation due to the disturbance and the fact that I paid almost $300 for that room as they were unwilling to match my other room rate. For $300 I expect to be able to sleep! I hardly slept after. I couldn’t get any response in regards to my complaint and still haven’t heard back from the manager. The bathrooms also have vents in them so you can hear people through the vents. I have no desire to stay here again. The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs were awful and rubbery. I have never seen such RUDE people as I did here at this hotel! No one waited patiently (except maybe for the waffle machines) and pushed their way infront of others constantly! Very crowded breakfast area. The bathroom soaps don’t smell good and the body gel makes you sticky which is disgusting. I also tried to call this hotel multiple times over multiple days both with my phone and room phone and couldn’t reach ANYONE! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Please find somewhere else.

Convenient location, breakfast was ok

The room we were in: had only 3 tissues in its box, without having any extra box. So we had to use toilet paper for blowing our nose as we suffer from severe allergies. What was actually worse as I was getting ready for bed, I noticed o e of the pillows on the bed had a very long hair on it....which wasn't mine! I just threw the pillow on the floor in disgust! I really expected better standards from this hotel.

My room location was quiet, I asked for a quiet room due to early flight next morning and you guys delivered!

The staff were attentive.

The bed was horrid it felt like a body was underneath the mattress pushing up. It was not flat. Bath tub was nasty. I filled it for a bath and ditched that idea instantly!

Very disappointed in the airport shuttle bus, had to call the hotel 3 times while waiting outside the Ottawa airport with my young family. A 15 minute wait turned into an hour which was totally unacceptable after a long trip.

I would like you add fries or fry potatoes in the breakfast Who doesn't eat potatoes? Eggs go very well with bacon and potatoes and fruit as well think about it
