I paid extra for a king bed and got two queens. We got there at about 1pm and was told our room wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours!!! And our concert started soon! Then once in the room there was a big puddle of who knows what on the carpet. There were drinks and food in the tiny fridge and makeup and stains all over the towels.

At first was excited to celebrate 40yrs with my wonderful wife glad to have booked a room that was to have amenities and a close location to our planned event and much needed alone time.

Room was rough around the edges upon arrival the tub was very dingy and counter top was also broken down on 1 side (still tried to stay positive) after cleaning out the tub and filling it up found out it didn't work contacted hotel desk to see about another room none available was going to leave told by desk associate we would receive a refund and go ahead and stay on Them for free.. next morning new person at desk says they have no record or notes on the room I've heard nothing and received zero refund... Very upsetting being let down by Holiday Inn Express and treated as if satisfaction wasn't important at a premium rate . Will NOT ever go back

Had a place to sleep

The building is falling apart looks very torn down and like they just slapped paint over issue areas. Looks like water damage in many areas after staying there my nose is running like crazy makes me wonder if mold is growing. Went to see about the pool around 1040 and it wouldn't allow me in tried with my card several times....that is what my daughter wanted to do.

staff were rude and they advertised a heated pool and hot tub . was 60 deg in the pool area and pool water was about the same

The pool needed cleaned the beds are hard as a rock felt like you were sleeping on concrete worst 2 days ever

The rooms were clean for the most part. Our room smelled fresh - hard to find these days.

The dining area could have been much cleaner. The hot food was sub par. Always grateful for cereals & such when that happens.

HUGE room

The kitchen didn't have any silverware or towels- not even plastic or paper. There wasn't a mini bar

Location was near my destination.

Hotel is a little dated and the elevator is slow to respond.
