Property was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds and a great, roomy shower.

The booking.com site stated that there was a kitchenette in our room. There most definitely was NOT. We went down to the front desk thinking we had been put in a wrong room and the worker told us that it happens often, and they aren’t sure why they advertise it that way since NONE of the rooms have one at this hotel. There was a tiny mini fridge, not even the dorm room sized ones.

The room had odd smell. Dead bugs in room and repairs needed to be made such as door was difficult to open, and ac didn’t seem to be cooling properly

Could not get room cleaned even after requesting on 2 different occasions. Did not have enough towels to go around. Had to go buy some towels to use for our room

i had booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each and a sofa that made into a bed for the number of people traveling with us, all family! When I arrived I had 1 room right! The other room was a king with a sofa! They would not fix it, even when I had showed my reservation was from months ago! I talked to the front desk staff asking to talk to a manager, left my cell number and that person never called or reached out to correct! I didn’t have enough beds for bodies! Also had a light in the bathroom that only flickered like a strobe light! Asked them to change it! Never was changed or corrected! Took a video from the bathroom but can’t upload the video!

I loved the rooms! Very spacious! Comfortable and the breakfast bar was awesome. Loved there was a trolly that took us to the Baseball Stadium for free.
