Great communication from the host, with clear instructions, directions, & even photos. The room is more like a mini-suite with a couch, a small kitchen (with a Real stove AND a microwave), a nice-size fridge, and a dining room table with 2 bench seats. It's like a studio apartment. And there's a really nice outdoor deck. Plus a hot local nightclub across the street, that's more real than the tourist spots! Great location, near the main strip, but also more quiet and with real local residents.

Everything was great. I have no complaints at all. I will be back!

Location, service, price. Fresh building with everything you need inside of your appartament. I love the rooftop pool. Property manager is very helpful and always ready to help. Great place!

BURGLARY Our apartment was broken into as the door to the balcony was ridiculously secured and you could open the locked door within seconds from outside! (There is also a proof video) Valuables worth €1000 were stolen from us. No help at all came from the direct supervisor of the apartments (Alberto). He hasn't responded to any of our messages. To this day, of course, we haven't gotten a cent back from our damage. We know that this house has already been broken into 3 times due to the lack of security!!!!

Absolutely nothing.

This experience has been horrific. Upon arrival, I realized that the host was using misleading photos to advertise this unit. The room did not have a patio as photographed, it did not have a stovetop; but rather two broken portable burners that were heavily soiled, rendering the kitchen useless. The kitchen sink was not draining water. There were cockroaches in the hallways. The entire unit had stains, cigarette burns, and bodily fluids everywhere. The bathroom sink was not functioning property, along with a broken shower-head, again, making this space absolutely unusable. On top of all this, the host messaged me via third-party in order to extort extra money from me. Finally, the host overcharged me for my short stay, as I had to vacate for reasons mentioned above. Stay far away from this place. The neighbourhood is sketchy as well.

Wi fi was fine and good location

Air conditioner didn’t work well and also every time when we were not in room it stopped working so our room was constantly hot and we were struggling to sleep.

I liked the location of the place, the easy way i got communication with my host for details on how to get the key and password for the wifi and the door.

The first day we reached, we reached a bit late in the night. The only minor thing is that there were only 2 towels the first night. It was until the other day that the lady took some more towels since we ere 4 friends. Then there was no soap to bath. Other that that the place was safe, secure and in a very good location
