Absolutely nothing we paid for deluxe king room, non-smoking, and did not get what we paid for and front desk would not help

Everything about the hotel was terrible walk up to the front desk to check in go to go down the hall and it is completely blocked off and looks like a bomb went off. It smells like sewer terribly bad. Our room was completely wrong and front desk would not give us the room that we booked and would not help at all so my oldest son had to sleep on the hard floor with only one blanket underneath because the front desk would not give us any extra

When we arrived and got into our room, our toilet was not working. I went down and addressed the issue and the front desk lady came up with maintenance and fixed it. Then we discovered we had ants in our room and they got into our dinner that we brought in. Then our tv wasn't working. I went to the front desk and talked to "Cyn" she understood our problems and decided to move us rooms. Once we were moved everything was good. Cyn helped us out and was AMAZING!!!

This was the most rundown hotel I've ever stayed. The bathtub/bathroom was disgusting. Mold and stains in the shower stall. Towels were threadbare and stained. Bed sheets were stained and there was no comforter on the bed, just 2 sheets and a blanket. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was told there was a hairdryer in Room 106 available for use. Ridiculous that a 300+ room hotel has 1 hairdryer for all guests to use. Had all the hotels in the area not been sold out, we would have moved immediately.

The staff was polite and it was a good location.

The room could use some sprucing up. The main part of the sweet was a little dated but okay. The bathroom was clean but very dated and worn out. Could use some common repairs.
