Murphy bed was very uncomfortable

The staff was welcoming and fun, the location was great with the proximity to the beach.

We would have liked to have some need shopping within a close walk. We did not appreciate the extremely loud construction work during our limited time in the pool deck space.

The room is big. View was beautiful. Most importantly the staff was so accommodating and super nice!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, great location, quiet at night, great for families.

Several times when we needed to go to the office for either towels or breakfast the staff would be out smoking with a will return soon sign on the office door. They were always friendly, but someone should be attending the desk at all times, not leaving it unattended.

It was a nice place I will stay there again parking could be better

Everything !!!! The staff is friendly especially Angela who was very helpful throughout our stay. I love this place. Will be booking again. The kids loved it as well. The ocean view is phenomenal.

There was a roach in the master bedroom.

Loved the location, right on the beach. We stayed in room 1404. It was nice, we really enjoyed the jet tub. Private balcony was great.

Parking is a bit tight for bigger vehicles but not at all terrible.

It was a great time, we actually extended our stay for another night. The man at the front desk when we checked in was so personable and had good tips regarding parking and finding shark teeth along the beach. The continental breakfast is a great value and was delicious. The lady serving at breakfast was very friendly. The multiple pools is fantastic for kids and keeps them entertained for hours. The beach is clean and nice, not too busy, plenty of room for everybody. Our beds were so comfortable, even the stow away in the living room. Nice sized space, bathroom is large and soaker tub could fit all my kids if I needed it to. Kitchen loaded with dishes and utensils was convenient as well as laundry located in kitchen. That was a nice, unexpected, accommodation. 10/10 would recommend to friends and will be back.

We love the location. The beach was right outside the hotel. The lazy river and pool were perfect when it was a little chilly.

I took My daughter-in-laws and granddaughters for girls trip and we had a fabulous experience. It was everything that I had expected. We had one issue with our neighbors in the next room. I called down to the desk and it was immediately resolved. The staff was very accommodating and the room was perfect!
