No breakfast, location was great.

Curtains in the bedroom, light bulbs that weren't flickering or burning out, more variety of dishes, extra trash bags, better wifi, driving 30 minutes out of our way to get keys, and just all around not as nice as last year.

It was awesome as far as the pools,lazy river, hot tubs, the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Was excited about our room! The view was breathtaking! The staff at the actual Mar Vista Grande Palmetto was very nice! You can tell they take pride in their work!

The girl at the rental office was so rude!!!!! There was a number of discrepancy between booking.com and the actual rental place! I notified that my fiancé would be arriving to check us in early was told that would not be a problem and the girl in the office refused to check him in early even though we had emails as proof, she stated the room would still not be ready till between 3 and 5pm. There was no bathroom for the public which is a disgrace after a ten hr ride for my mom who is a senior. I was later informed other patrons with children were also turned away from using facilities bathroom! How do you run a business and not have a bathroom for the public?! Seriously! And the room itself, one of the tv’s in the bedroom didn’t work, the can opener did not work, the tv in the living shut off by itself, we didn’t use the light in the dining area because it kept dimming and we were afraid of faulty wiring and we didn’t want to start a fire, didn’t have enough toilet paper or paper towels-felt we were playing phone tag so we picked it up ourselves. In our email it stated check out as ten pm but on the paper from the rental office it stated ten am. Lastly it would be nice if there was an actual office on site to accommodate the patrons! We were told three times that we could get toilet paper that never came.

It was no breakfast,location was okay but it was some issues one of the rooms has no privacy but it was okay

The property is amazing, good view from the balcony and excellent location

Apparently someone jumped the gate who didn’t belong to the building or wasn’t staying in it, and the maintenance lady or the manager who knows went directly to my sister and asked her if we were staying in the building, she walked through the whole group of white people to asked her that, we were the only spanish people on the pools area, my question in that moment was, why us? She might think we can afford it but sure we do

The property itself had an amazing view and amazing pools! Loved the parking deck option!

Clogged toilet, scared up walls, sandy floors-

Location was amazing. The lady who ran the tiki bar was superb. She was so efficient and friendly. The common areas were super clean. Parking garage felt safe. Love the layout of the room. Pools and hot tubs were nice.

The room was not clean. The bottom of our kids' feet were black from walking on the floor. Carpets were dirty. There were only 4 towels and 4 washcloths for 4 adults and 3 kids. I would have expected more for a 3 BR, 3 bathroom condo. None were delivered after we phoned a request/concern either. There was a very small mouse swimming in the kiddie pool. When we reported it, the staff state that the mice sometimes come up from the greenery on the beach. It would have been nice to have a little reassurance about the cleanliness or extra chemicals in the pool. Staff removed the mouse promptly, but did not close the pool for any time period or add more chemicals. Maybe it wasn't necessary, but it felt weird. It would be nice to have a bathroom on the ground floor near the pools.

Plenty of room for our 8 family members, large heated pools, security system in and out of complex .

Room was a little dated, the price of the room should have been adjusted to it.
