hair dryer didnt work

The breakfast was so so and the wi-fi worked good

The fact that housekeeping didn’t do their ajob, only gave towels. We complained to front desk and was given another room because housekeeping was gone for the day. Later that night someone else attempted to access the room, luckily the latch was on the door. Front desk had to come up several times to rectify the issue. The new room plumbing was horrible. The toilet was stopped up and the water backed up into the sink, when u take a shower u can hear the toilet backing up. Overall worst experience I have ever had!!!

Staff was nice. lobby clean. location great!

Room was very dirty. Floor was dusty, dirty, and stuff stuck to our feet. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the floor. Bedding wasn't clean either. Little bugs on the floor in the bathroom.

The front counter staff is great I can't remember her name but she is awesome always ready to help with a great attitude.

When driving into the location, it shates a parking lot with a self-storage area and the part of town is questionable at best.

it was full of small insects everywhere I don't know what they could be .. just very very small mosquitos

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice hot tub

Clean rooms were clean. That breakfast was offered,

That you had to request room to be cleaned. That there was not scrambled eggs every day available.
