Requested extra towels and coffee in room never provided

Housekeeping was very good. The room was a bit run-down (especially the shower…the floor really needs to be replaced), but felt very clean. Location was ok, it was quiet which was very nice.

Front desk staff were very cold and unhelpful. I asked them to order a taxi in advance (early morning flight) and when I confirmed later, they said nobody had left a note. Ended up paying $100 for a 15 minute ride to the airport. Check-in was a similar experience. We were completely ignored as the desk agent talked to another customer on the phone. I would not come back for these reasons.

Location was great and centrally located. Beds were comfortable.

The coffee was horrible. Lol. My key cards had to be reset twice, more of an inconvenience than anything.

The main elevator that would stop violently at every floor. The AC unit in our room sounded like a squeaky door every time it shutoff. Could have had better vending machines

Staff was amazing

Good location for the Theme Parks, Included a breakfast, good value for money. Room was a nice size, beds were comfy and the shower was a good quality. There was use of an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the room, as well as a small safe in the wardrobe. The furnature is old and could do with being updated though. The room itself wasn't bad, good shower, fridge, coffee machine (though the coffee I used wasn't topped up), and the free use of a small safe, as well as an iron and irnoning board. The chest of draws were a little falling apart but as long as you didn't put too much in the bottoms of the drawers stayed in. The beds were comfy, and the air con worked. All in all, good, needed better cleaning, and probably a massive update (in terms of furnature and the TV). The cleaners topped up the shampoo and soap etc. that we were not using, but didnt top up things we were using (except toilet tissue).

Booked hotel in advance for the "Disney Shuttle Service", and "laundry Facilities". This was so we could travel light and wash our clothes while we were out there, and not need to hire a car. We asked in advance about these services. We had a day free before going to the Disney parks, so in the evening after being out for the day, we asked the receptionist where we catch the shuttle service from. She told us that the manager had cancelled the shuttle service as "he believed it was not a good enough service", and they had no alternative to this. We were annoyed as this was a selling point of the hotel to us. And they should have informed us (and all guests planing to stay here) that they no longer had the shuttle service, prior to our arrival. We could have cancelled our hotel up to 24 hours before arrival, so we would have booked elsewhere if we had known this in advance. They also failed to mention this upon our arrival too. It was lucky we asked the night before so at least we had some time to plan an alternative. (Alternative being public transport, which added between 2.5 and 4 hours onto our day due to the unreiability of the servicesthat were supposed to be every 30 minutes>.) When I went to look for the laundry facilities, (3rd or 4th day there) it turned out that the washing machine was broken (flooded inside). When asked at reception if there was any alternative, they shrugged at us, and said "Maybe a laundromat", which I asked where the nearest one was, and they didn't know. After searching for one on google it was a 40 minute bus ride to the closest one. Also, this was a more expensive alternative than the free use of the laundry facilities. The machine never got fixed the entire 3 weeks we were there. About mid way through the stay, I happened to look down the side of my bed nearer the wall, I saw toe nail clippings on the floor from a previous guest. I left a note for the cleaners (note ignored).

We went there exclusively to go to Disney and Sea World, we liked that is very close to Sea World and you can just walk there for about 15-20 min, the area is quiet and nice, it's relatively closed to shops and easy to get to Disney as well. We enjoyed the breakfast, not many options but plenty of them to find something to start the day. There are plenty of parking places available and illuminated.

We payed at the checkin cash BUT after we checked out in the same morning I noticed 2 failed transactions to charge again my credit card for the entire stay, luckily I had a lower amount available. I called reception to report the problem and they got back to me in the following working day that the money we payed in cash were assigned to a different room. Looking through comments I see this was not a singular case, there were couple more warnings about this... "They charged my card for the full amount at check in and somewhere it disappeared then charged me again 2 days after I checked out.", "front desk made a lot of mistakes and he even tried to over charged me"
