A variety of choices - great start of the day to have a good breakfsst

They had no knowledge of the fact that the reservation had been transferred from Claudia Maddox to me , C Gloria Akers - that caused a few anxious moments for me. Because I had paper copies of my all my dealings with Booking.com the tension lessened. & we were allowed to give our credit cards & be given accommodations

Everything was great.

Hot tub was down that was disappointing and I was pretty upset that we had to pay to park in the hotels parking lots. That seemed a little ridiculous

My room was nice, clean, and comfortable with more than ample space. I loved the separate living room space and the additional closet space for hanging my clothes. The lighting was really good, the temperature was comfortable and easy to control. The kitchen area was nice and equipped though I didn't need it.

Parking was not pleasant. As a female traveling alone and arriving at night I was very uncomfortable that I had to park away from the hotel pass another hotel in a parking garage because there was no more parking available at the hotel itself. So I had to park and carry my luggage back over to the hotel at 9 pm. It was a bit uncomfortable. I also called a few hours early to verify the hot tub was open and then when I got there it was closed. I had specifically wanted that hotel due to how close it was to the convention center and for the hot tub.

There was not enough seating in the breakfast area.

Everything was great. Comfortable and clean. Pool area needs updated but the kids loved it! Breakfast is excellent with a lot of options. Friendly staff. No complaints!

Felicia was very kind, great sense of humor, and very welcoming. The location was great and price was good too.

I liked everything

It was steps from the football stadium. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The Irish woman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. The room was nice.

Thr parking is down the street and costs extra! The elevators were down and we were on the 7th floor. Tiny loading/unloading check in area. Tiny!!

The breakfast was ok.

The bath tub had not been cleaned before I arrived. I was moved to another room.

The room was so nice and perfect for our family. The location was great too, we were in walking distance of everything!
