Location

The room was not clean. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom appeared to have mold in it. We only stayed 1 night instead of 2 due to the poor condition of the room.

1/2 the plugs in our room didn’t work, there was a buger on the wall next to the bed so when you were laying in bed, looking at the wall, it was right there.

I liked the location.

there was a roach in the room. only two full size towels for a room with two Queen beds. when I asked the front desk for more they gave me two pool towels (they are SMALLER than hand towels) and two wash cloths! no plug ins for both sides of the bed. no refrigerator. no fan in the bathroom. the humidity was awful!

The location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent. Room was decently clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool was closed, and it was the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had an old smell and there were many small things that made it feel dingy overall. The window covering had holes in it; the carpet was stained; there were marks on the walls; the shower curtain was moldy and hooks were broken; the water from the faucet smelled bad; the toilet handle was finicky/broken.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. And breakfast was good. The staff was nice.

The pool and hot tub were closed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. When I pulled the towel off the rack it fell off the wall. And the garbage all around the hotel was awful.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Location is very near Walmart
