Location. Helpful front desk staff.

Didn’t have a chance to stay here since there was no room available even though I booked it months in advance. No prior notice was given and they informed me about the inability to accommodate me right when I arrived. This is very discouraging and disrespectful. No complaints towards the lady that was trying to help me and relocate us to another hotel. Kudos to her for her help.

Quiet. Very clean. Quality beds. Good breakfast. This was a tidy, bright, and clean hotel.

Hair on shower walls. Everything else was exceptionally clean. I don't know how they missed this.

Noisy air conditioner, very low water pressure in bathroom sink (room 103)

Nice rooms, breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly

Room should have been cleaned daily and towels refreshed. No housekeeping for whole visit. Had to call for towels and someone to get trash. Pillows are terrible and uncomfortable. This didn’t feel like a hotel stay but rather a long term extended stay which we didn’t pay for or like. Noise level from hallway and other rooms was too much.

Location was convenient to where we needed for medical appointments. All the desk clerks were so friendly and pleasant when answering our questions. The desk clerk even helped us with ordering food. The breakfast was excellent and the person handling it was friendly. She wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything else. She greeted us with a smile and Good Morning.

I cannot think of anything that we did not like.
