Location was OK

Staff was not friendly. First, check-in took quite some time for reasons I didn’t understand. But that was OK. When we got to our room late at night very ready to sleep, the smoke detector was running out of battery, so it kept beeping. We called the front desk to come and replace batteries. We waited for 30 minutes with no staff coming, and we decided to go to the reception. Here, the staff was just sitting on their phones doing nothing. We finally got a staff member to our room when he just pulled out the detector from the wall, so we ended up with no functional detector. At night, the place was very loud, we could hear what was going on in most room around us. The next morning there was no breakfast even though we had made sure that breakfast was included which the staff at check in had confirmed. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in, this place will do the job, but I would never recommend staying here.

Breakfast was meager. Didn't even have milk, the manger brought a can and took it back.

run down building and grounds elevator was not always working Continental breakfast n to available one day and the second day it was very poorly stocked. Only some cereal, a few muffins, some yogurt and just a couple sausage links and some kind of steamed egg (un-eatable)

Arrived to the facility and left without checking in. The facility was dirty, poorly maintained, and we felt like there was a high likelihood of bed bugs.

the front desk staff here was great! super sweet & accommodating.

i thought i knew what i was getting into when i booked it; quick little one night stay; didn’t think i needed to splurge. after seeing just how many things had been removed from the room (seemingly forcibly due to the holes in the walls), the lack of cleaning / maintenance & the cherry on top… no directional help in locating rooms. this hotel is 3 buildings; 2 hotels & the lobby / meeting rooms; getting to your room in your respective hotel is a journey itself. I’m lucky to be alive after the elevator ride. just a minor heads up safe to say, next time… ya girl will be splurging.

The grounds were clean.

That the doors stay unlocked all night long cause the batteries don’t work. I felt unsafe. The back doors and side doors were unlock. Breakfast was late and it wasn’t breakfast like other hotels have.

There was a broken charger stuck in one of the outlets which would've been dangerous if I didn't see it and touched it the towels were filthy and had hairs on them. The room was not cleaned at all and there was dirt all on the floor and counters. The beds were super tiny like twin beds. The elevator was broken.

The room was clean, the building was clean.

the continental breakfast didn’t open on time either day we were there and on Sunday fresh coffee wasn’t brewed, it was the coffee from the day before. The front desk had a huge line to wait and we waited for over 30 minutes with only two people in front of us. we weren’t told we could not go in the back door so we struggled to get into our room. our room was not cleaned on the day we were out of the hotel, we did not have a do not disturb sign or anything on the door.

Staff did respond to our concerns. Refrigerator was repaired the following night. Extra towels were provided. Free parking.

Slowly leaking refrigerator from door to beds, electrical outlets were not secure (just hanging outward), breakfast was minimal and substandard. Expensive for what we had.

Arrived at check in ... went to the room and the room was DISGUSTING !! No sheets on the bed ... trash on the floor .. complained to the "person on duty " told us there was nothing he could do but to give us a refund ... he stated that he didn't really work there that he was helping out .. we was stranded

The hallway was quiet at night. Bathroom sink and counter looked new. TV worked. Lots of parking available.

Hallway door to outside did not close. Saw a rat in the hallway. Non-smoking room smelled smokey. No AC on upon our arrival. Room stuffy and smelly. I asked for something to spray but receptionist said that it was not her job. No promised breakfast available. Restaurant permanently closed. No tub/shower grab bars. No sink stopper. Bathroom needed painting. Room dark colors: Dark green bed spread, drapes, chair, rug. Baseboard falling off. Lamp didn't work. Unresponsive front desk. "Be back in 15 minutes" sign but took much longer. No other employees around. Was given only 1 room key, "it's our policy" was the reply.
