the price has gotten so high that I’m back to Holliday Inn express going forward

Bed was nice. Pillow good.

1st floor was very noisy. Had a room full of young men and women talking loud in hall and running up and down hall. No one at front desk. Called then went down to desk still after 20 minutes everything calmed down after husband confronted the youth. Where is security!! Bathroom wasn't cleaned in sink and shower not cleaned very good lots if hair in it. Carpet wasn't vacuumed very little if at all. Frig and heater made a lots if noise during night

Upgrade when room not made up.

they overcharged my credit card. I haven’t had time to call yet but this needs to get rectified ASAP!

There was a homeless encampment behind the hotel (the side we were on), and we smelled pot wafting into the room most of the night.

The location was not ideal considering there is a massive amount of homeless people lining the road behind the hotel. Make sure to lock your car and valuables up.

Breakfast was fabulous. Great selection and they were very prompt about refilling everything when it got low. The lobby was beautiful and the pool area was very clean. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after 3 rushed days at the beach and too many miles in the car. The girl that checked us out in the morning and the manager in the morning were both great. Friendly and very helpful.

The girl that checked us in was not very friendly. We couldn't get the TV in our room to work, so I went back to the front desk. She said to unplug the box, I said I already did that. She gave me a different remote to make sure the input was right, but I told her the remote in our room let me select inputs and I had already gone through them all. Her answer was "Well, I don't know what to tell you then". I ended up disconnecting everything and taking care of it myself. It had already been a very long day, and I was NOT very happy. It was very hard not to just take our bags and go find a room somewhere else. The crew the next morning is the only thing that saved our stay. Well, them and the hot tub.

Bed was comfortable.

Door to room wouldn’t open without a hard push. then wouldn’t close. Changed rooms but staff noted wrong room and had to tell them many times where we were. Key didn’t work after returning from breakfast. Staff reprogrammed keys. Breakfast was out of coffee soon after opening and was never refilled while we’re were eating.
