The location is great. Convenient to attractions and restaurants. Staff was accommodating.

We had ti change rooms because the tv didn’t work. The trundle bed had a urine stain in the mattress. One elevator was broken the whole stay which was a week.

Es liegt nah am Flughafen ist aber trotzdem ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Frühstück war für Amerika okay.

front desk staff very helpful and kind. we arrived there after being at the Moffitt cancer center for my husband on April 1st. girls at front desk were very compassionate and helpful with a room that was easy for my husband to get around. Christian helped us find our way around the area to find food. thanks to all of you.

the only negative thing about the room was the toilet was so low to the floor it was as if it was installed there for a 3 year old child. we both had to grab the side of the tub to get up and lean on the front of it to sit down

The front desk manager, John, was a great support, he advised what to look for in Tampa given our short visit. Breakfast was good.

check in was simple. staff was great. parking easy. location close to airport good for my trip. gym facility adequate - could use a universal machine type device for additional exercises

i had to leave before breakfast started. main issue was my room had a must/mildew odor that i think was coming from the AC unit. not overpowering, but noticeable. i was too tired to change room, and slept ok, but this detracted from stay

I've been to many hotels that are "close to the airport." This one was the best of them. I was so pleasantly surprised! I know it says "Suites" in the title, but still. The hotel was literally 5 minutes away from the airport, a lot of stuff (restaurants, gas stations, stores...) where walking distance around the place, and the room where really great. But the top notch was the staff at the entrance, very professional, to the point, very patient and welcoming. I very much enjoyed our stay there.

I didn't like that I only booked 1 night there, checked in at 11pm, and left the next day at 8 am to catch our plane :D. I wish I had more time to try the whirlpool, swimming pool, and other potential facilities in the hotel.

I picked this place because of shuttle service to get to and from airport. I liked the shuttle hours Shuttle was prompt. Front desk staff was great and helpful.

Carpet in our room needs to be upgraded. It looks old and and makes the room dark. Maybe upgrade the sofa also.
