It was close to everything in six minutes away from the beach

Room renovated with hardwood floors. Clean, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with getting TV cable guide going and turning shower water on when I couldn't do it myself.

Parking extremely tight, really not enough spaces for rooms if completely full, but it wasn't so I was lucky. Strange that toilet seat was too small for bowl so it was awkward and not sanitary. Very small room, basic functionality but ok for short stays.

I wish I would've been informed of the construction happening at the hotel. The tv worked intermittently. The bed is uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately i had some noisey neighbors

Convenient location with plenty of eateries nearby. Huge TV and a comfy bed. It’s cheap & very clean.

Room 14: Window broken and doesn’t close properly. No wardrobe, cupboard or any kind of storage. No toilet roll or soap/shampoo. No cups or tea/coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi not working.

The furnishings. A suggestion... maybe turn Room 3 into a 1 bedroom suite for residential lodging for a week. A table in the small room with big bed would have been nice for basics. The main room could have a Murphy or Sofa Bed you tuck in during the day for day or office use. My 2 cents. Thank you!

The bed mattresses hurt our backs. Also, the airplanes noise, but this hotel is near the Monterey-Salinas Regional Airport. And, it stopped after 7 or 8pm. Not a big issue until maybe 6am or so.

Close proximity to several restaurants.

Upon entering the room there was a door I thought might be a closet. Yes…to the cleaning supplies and maid’s cart. We were told that although they advertised a bathtub, baths were not permitted. During the night the sink fell off the wall. Thankfully we knew how to turn off the water. When we complained in the morning we were told there would be no reduction in charges as we should have reported it during the night. A most unpleasant experience!

good thing: that there was fridge in the room thats all I can think of that was actually good

room handle key was broken, curtains had bad stains on it, my pillow had blood stains on it and I showed it to the owner and he didn’t say anything, the whole night my body was itching, BED BUGS, no soap, no shampoo, bed sheets had some holes in it and the bathroom curtain had black color stains on it all over, no clean towel EVERYTHING WAS JUST REALLY DISGUSTING NASTY, NOT CLEANED, NO HYGIENE rating: ZERO, extremely poor service, unacceptable **** display pictures are old ****
