I found the staff to be very helpful. I was under a lot of stress traveling alone to help with my brother and issues he was encountering with rehab and recovering from surgery. They helped in many ways

The breakfast was terrible.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was 10-30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go! There’s also a gas station, restaurant, and some more stuff right down the road if you just wanted to take a little stroll. It was very quiet the majority of our stay and our room was huge, plenty of room for my boyfriend, best friend and my toddler to all move around without getting in each others way. The pool was almost empty the entire time were were there which was great, we def thought there’d be more people with it being peak season but it wasn’t overcrowded at all. 10/10 a better option than trying to cram everyone into the guest room at my uncles house lol

I feel like the front desk women were a little annoyed which is totally expected (we all know what they have to put up with) while we were checking in, and at almost 1am after a 15hr road trip we couldn’t even process what was happening. Also, I kind of wish they’d left the coffee bar out a little longer, like just until maybe 9-10 am 😅 I know breakfast closes before that and it’s totally just me being picky but it would’ve been a godsend lol

The location I didn’t love.

The location, the look, the atmosphere of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff, I LOVE SPRINGHILL!!!! My sister stayed at this hotel earlier this year as she visited her son/my nephew and his family. They live a couple of minutes from this location. So when we went to Tampa, she highly suggest we stay, and we did and we were so pleased and impressed, whenever we visit Tampa we will stay here!!!! Thank you Springhill staff!!!!!

The only thing I didn't like was we only stayed 1 full night, got there Tuesday, and left Thursday morning... we didn't know housekeeping didn't tidy the room for such a short stay. But it was ok. We tidied our own room, threw out trash, and got a few fresh towels. ALL TOWELS RECEIVED WERE RETURNED!!!! That was the only thing we didn't like, and that was because we weren't aware of that.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were more spacious than my expectations.

Last minute reservation

Room setup, bathrooms in front of the bedroom made it hard to sleep because every time someone used the bathroom at night the light shine brightly in the bedroom. No locks on the doors made it very uncomfortable especially having my two year old grandchild over to visit.

Room was very spacious, location of the hotel is quiet and away from others but accessible to a lot. The inside is Very clean and staff is very friendly,I also enjoyed the breakfast.

We did eat breakfast but our overall stay was very nice front desk clerk Delores was amazing.

One of your housekeeper could have been better she was not very helpful but the supervisor handled it.
