high beds. high toilet. I had a handicap person with me. liked the hard wood floors.

no pool. fitness room wasn’t the best. no ketchup at breakfast. no flavor creamer.

How clean the lobby and the rooms were very nice!!

My room was not clean. I had to have the floor mopped because of something sticky on it making my shoes stick to the floor. In the bathroom there was a used bar of soap on the sink and a used and wet wash cloth. When turning down the bed the bed was covered with hair. I ended up sleeping on the couch. I will never stay here again

Smaller selection than some, but covered my expectations without anything else needed.

The toilet did not have enough spacing around it. It was a very tight fit.

Our room was very small. It was by far the smallest king room I have ever stayed in. Our shower was broken, the shower head was hanging out of the wall and spraying water on the ceiling. We contacted the manager, he did come promptly to fix the leak. However, I feel that it should have been noticed prior to our stay and already fixed. Also, we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency and they didn't offer us anything for leaving early although we paid in advance for another night.

It was ok, coffee was good! There’s no butter.

The staff was super rude. It smelled so bad of cleaning chemicals, it was over powering and was hard to sleep due to the smell. Gave everyone headaches. Breakfast was a joke, we ended up going someplace else to eat.

The staff was great. They helped us when we needed it. The room was great. The beds were comfortable and I love the pillows. I'm glad they had many electrically outlets even USB outlets to charge your phone or tablets.

There were small details that needed fixing or freshen up.

we killed 2 cock roaches in our room! someone active the sprinkler on our floor & the alarm went of till 1 in the morning so we got very little sleep. the bathrooms was very cramped for space!
